1. How long is the program? The program is 6-months.
2. Why is the program 6 months? The program was designed this way to allow all areas to be explored with respect to health and wellness in your personal life and to implement a true lifestyle change. This type of change does not take a few days or weeks.
3. How often would we meet per month? We will meet twice per month and each session will last between 50-60 minutes.
4. If after the 6-month program I feel I need more support/guidance can I sign up with you again? Yes, you can.
5. What forms of payment do you accept? At this time, Visa and Mastercard.
